To make your responsibility of posting to Social Media easy, we’ve implemented a Social Media Management tool called SOCi. Within this platform you’ll find all the social squares below, pre-loaded captions, and a scheduler so you can quickly pull content and get it posted instantly. If you’ve got more than a minute you can even schedule out post for the whole month! So in about 30 minutes or less you’ve got your Social Media page stocked with attention-grabbing posts.
Remember, planning and consistency is key!
GETTING STARTED

GET ACCESS
To log in to SOCi for the first time, go to
https://royalamerican.meetsoci.com/
From there, enter your property's email (or Royal American email for RMs/RVPs, etc.) and click "Forgot Password"
You will then receive email instructions to generate a unique password for you, or you
can set your own.

Once you have access to SOCi it’s time
to start learning. In the platform, you'll see "Support Center" at the top right. From there, you can access SOCi University.
The first time you click in, you’ll need to enter your name, company, and timezone to
register. From there, you can access the training modules.

After you’ve gone through training, it’s time to start posting. All of your social squares live here and in SOCi’s social libraires. Pick up your social plan below so you know what day to post which content. If you need something customized, send us a request.

Please reference the procedures manual, Chapter 15: Marketing, on the Royal American Intranet to familiarize yourself with our policies & procedures.
If you’ve created any marketing material it must be sent to us for consideration and approval.
