Social Media: Social media is a great way to connect with potential tenants and promote your apartment community. You can share photos and videos of your property, post updates about your community events, and run social media contests.
Outreach Marketing: Attend community events, partner with local businesses, or government agencies. When using outreach marketing to promote your affordable apartment community, it's important to be personalized and relevant in your messaging. Focus on the benefits that your community offers to potential tenants, such as affordability, convenience, and access to amenities. Do an audit of the marketing materials you currently already have and make sure all information if accurate and up to date. If you don’t have any materials, the marketing department will create them for you.
Target Units: If you have vacant units, decorate a select few to display for potential residents. When you show them the apartment, let the prospective resident know if they rent that unit, they are allowed to keep all the things in the unit that you have set up. Themes should be classy but mindful of a budget. Try to include at least one thing of value to make this deal worth it to the future resident. A target unit should be cleaned and refreshed daily before showings to make sure it looks its best when you are leasing. (Cost: approx. $30-$100 per target unit)
Word-of-Mouth: Marketing by word-of-mouth is still one of the best ways to attract new tenants. Encourage your existing tenants to refer their friends and family members to your community. You can offer incentives for referrals, such as a rent discount or a gift card.

Quantity of existing requests
Time required to create quality marketing materials
Printing
Shipping
Translation
or, for our 3rd party services such as websites and floor plans, are limited by the lead times set by our partners.
Please make your requests as early as possible and allow up to 2-6 weeks for delivery of services.
Our floor plan services primarily exist to provide high quality floor plans created from existing lower quality floor plan images. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability of creating floor plans out of nothing.
Please only submit images and information for floor plans you want redrawn. These will typically be the units that the property wants to promote the most or makes up the majority of their unit mix.
When requesting floor plans, please provide the following:
Clean floor plan drawings or blueprints with dimensions
Square footage of each floor plan
Floor plan names, if applicable
Please use your property's SharePoint to share property files with the marketing team. If you receive anything new, please share the file with us by sending an email to marketingrequests@royalamerican.com
